Developed and implemented departmental and company recruitment budgets while overseeing remote and on-site recruitment team. Led global recruiting across six offices in the US and UK. Launched company recruiting strategy and partnered with C-Level executives to determine staffing priorities, employment marketing, and salary comps, as well as identify talent. Successfully staffed C-Level to associate level roles in a matrix environment.
